Tierre Webster is the Executive Director of Next Chapter Ministries. He has a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry from Crossroads College and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN.

He is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and has spent his professional career in non-profit leadership with an emphasis in human services.

As an ordained minister he has spent 15 years ministering in an urban context with a focus on community development, prison ministry, and leadership development. Some of his most sacred times are spent with God, family- his wife Marcia and their six children, and friends. He was pleased to have heard the voice of God and given the opportunity to join Next Chapter Ministries in May of 2016.
